Terms & Conditions

Amour.X · Last updated: 9 October 2026

1. Parties to this Agreement and Consideration

1.1 The parties to these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Agreement") are Amour.X ("Company"), the operator of the amour.x Web3 domain and any affiliated website, web address, application or mobile version ("Website(s)"), and any photos, text, hyperlinks, interlinks, search engines, smart contract interfaces and other software thereon ("Materials"), and You, a browser of the Websites ("User"). As used in this Agreement, the terms "we" and "us" are used interchangeably to refer to the Company and the Websites; the terms "You" and "Your" refer to You, the User.

1.2 By accessing the Materials, and for other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged by You and the Company, You agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and You certify to us that You (i) are at least eighteen (18) years of age and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, (ii) have the legal capacity to enter into and agree to this Agreement, (iii) are using the Websites freely, voluntarily, willingly and for your own personal enjoyment, and (iv) have not been convicted of a felony or any criminal sexual offense, and are not required to register as a sex offender with any government entity.

1.3 You further represent and warrant that You are not a resident of, nor located in, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Jordan, Libya, Pakistan, the People's Republic of China, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Syria, the United Arab Emirates, nor any other place or jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Materials would violate any law, regulation, rule or custom ("Prohibited Areas").

1.4 You also acknowledge and represent that (i) the Materials are intended exclusively for consenting adults in locations where the Materials do not violate community standards or any federal, state or local law or regulation, (ii) You know that the Materials contain profiles advertising companionship ("Profiles") that are posted by third-party individuals who are depicted in the Profiles or their delegates ("Advertisers"), and (iii) You are not offended by the nature of the Profiles.

1.5 Amour.X Profiles are available to Advertisers who hold an active VIP package on amourescorts.com. This Agreement does not apply to Advertisers unless an Advertiser also accesses the Websites as a User to view Profiles. The publication of Profiles by Advertisers is governed by the Advertiser Agreement they accepted on amourescorts.com, together with the Advertiser rules published on Amour.X. Amour.X does not charge Advertisers any separate fee for their Amour.X Profile.

1.6 This Agreement may be changed by the Company at any time, and changes take effect when we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Agreement. You may not alter, delete, add to or edit any of these terms, and any attempted alteration is void and of no effect.

1.7 Any action on Your part to bookmark a page on the Websites in a way that bypasses the warning page, the age verification page and/or this Terms and Conditions page constitutes Your implicit acceptance of all the terms of this Agreement.

2. User's Code of Conduct

You agree, warrant and covenant to use the Websites in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, including those against human trafficking, illegal prostitution and other illegal activities. In relation to Your use of the Websites, whether on the Websites or offline, You will not infringe any third party's rights nor engage in harassment or any other offensive or disruptive behavior, as determined in our sole discretion.

You will not engage, attempt to engage, or assist another in engaging or attempting to engage in any other prohibited use, including, without limitation: (1) permitting other individuals to directly or indirectly use the Materials, except as authorized by us; (2) modifying, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the Materials (except to the extent applicable law specifically prohibits such restriction); (3) making copies or creating derivative works based on the Materials except as provided herein; (4) renting, leasing or transferring any rights in the Materials; (5) removing any proprietary notices, including copyright and trademark notices, or labels on the Materials; (6) attempting to exploit, attack or interfere with any smart contract, wallet connection or other Web3 component of the Websites; and (7) making any other use of the Materials not specifically authorized by the Company.

You must not use the Websites if you seek to engage in any illegal activity, whether on the Websites or offline. We cooperate with law enforcement, pursuant to appropriate legal process such as a subpoena, in investigating criminal activity. In our sole discretion we may, but are under no obligation to, prevent access to or terminate Your right to use the Websites if we reasonably suspect that You have violated any provision of this Agreement or engaged in any illegal activity. Please report any violation of this Code of Conduct to us at contact@amourescorts.com.

3. Grant of Limited License with Reservations

3.1 You acknowledge and agree that the Materials are proprietary and constitute valuable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property owned by the Company or its Advertisers. Except in the Prohibited Areas, we grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to privately and non-commercially access, view, receive and otherwise use the Materials, as authorized by us. We do not authorize access to any part of the Websites in any manner contrary to this Agreement. This license terminates automatically if You fail to comply with its limitations, breach any other provision of this Agreement, or are notified of its termination by the Company or its authorized agent(s). Upon termination, You will immediately destroy all copies of the Materials in Your possession.

3.2 All affiliated websites, Web3 domains, trade names and logos of the Company, including the Amour.X name and logo and the name "Amour.X TrustLock", are trade or service marks of the Company. No use of these marks is permitted without the Company's prior written authorization. All rights reserved. The license above does not include a license to use our trade or service marks. The X name and logo are trademarks of their respective owner and are used only to identify the X Chat service.

4. Indemnification for Unauthorized Use of Proprietary Materials

You agree to be personally liable for, and fully indemnify the Company and its successors and assigns against, any and all damages directly, indirectly and/or consequentially resulting from any attempted or actual unauthorized downloading or other duplication of the Materials by You alone, or with, or under the authority of, any other person(s), including any governmental agency, including without limitation damages resulting from loss of revenue, loss of property, fines, attorney's fees and costs, and damages resulting from prosecution and/or governmentally imposed seizure(s), forfeiture(s) and/or injunction(s).

5. Web3 Features, Wallets and the Blockchain

5.1 The amour.x domain. amour.x is a Web3 domain. It opens in compatible browsers and wallets (for example the Brave browser). The same service may also be offered under a regular web address.

5.2 Wallets. Some activities described on the Websites require a crypto wallet that You obtain and control Yourself. You are solely responsible for the security of Your wallet, devices, passwords, recovery phrases and private keys. The Company never asks for Your recovery phrase or private key and cannot recover a wallet or funds if You lose access to them.

5.3 Blockchain records are public and permanent. Transactions and other records written to a public blockchain, including wallet addresses, amounts and timestamps, are visible to anyone and cannot be changed, reversed or deleted by the Company or anyone else.

5.4 Digital assets. Digital assets, including stablecoins such as USDC, carry risks, including loss of value, network congestion, network fees, failed or delayed transactions, smart contract defects, and changes in law or regulation. You use digital assets at Your own risk.

5.5 Third-party infrastructure. Blockchains, wallets, smart contract protocols and other Web3 infrastructure used by the Websites are operated by third parties. The Company does not control them and is not responsible for their availability, security or performance.

6. Amour.X TrustLock Guide: Deposits and Gifts

6.1 "Amour.X TrustLock" is an informational guide published on the Websites that explains how Advertisers and Users may use independent, third-party Web3 escrow services for booking deposits, and how gifts differ from deposits. TrustLock is not a product or service operated by the Company.

6.2 The Company does not provide, operate or control any escrow service, wallet or payment method. Any service named in the guide (such as Brave Wallet or Kleros Escrow) is mentioned for information only, is operated by an independent third party under its own terms, and is not endorsed or guaranteed by the Company. The Company is not a party to any transaction between Users and Advertisers. The Company does not take, hold, forward, process or see any funds, does not act as a payment service, bank, escrow agent or money transmitter, and takes no commission. The Company earns revenue only from VIP packages purchased by Advertisers on amourescorts.com.

6.3 Users and Advertisers arrange any deposit or gift directly between themselves, using services of their own choice and at their own risk. The terms, fees, release and refund conditions and dispute processes of any escrow service are those of that service. The Company does not decide disputes and is not responsible for any loss, delay, fee or failed transaction.

6.4 A Deposit reserves an Advertiser's time for a booking. A Gift is a voluntary, unconditional transfer that is not held in escrow, is not refundable, does not book or pay for anything, and creates no obligation of any kind for the Advertiser. Whether a transfer is a Deposit or a Gift must be agreed before it is sent.

6.5 Deposits may only be used to book an Advertiser's time and companionship. Gifts must always be voluntary: requesting a Gift in exchange for anything, making a Gift a condition of a booking, or presenting payment for a booking or for any service as a Gift is strictly prohibited. Any connection between Deposits or Gifts and illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the Websites and, where appropriate, a report to the competent authorities.

6.6 Each party is solely responsible for complying with the laws and paying the taxes that apply to them.

6.7 Neither the Company nor any of its staff will ever ask You to send money to any person or wallet, or ask for Your wallet's recovery phrase or private key. Any such request is a scam and should be reported to us.

7. Decentralized X Chat

The Websites may link to X Chat (x.com/chat), a messaging service operated by X. The Company does not operate X Chat. Your use of X Chat, and any messages You send or receive through it, are governed by X's own terms and privacy policy. The Company is not responsible for the content of messages exchanged on X Chat or for the availability or security of that service.

8. Limitations on Company's Liability

8.1 You acknowledge and agree that the Company is not responsible in any way for the outcome of any contact or meeting, whether in person, by telephone, by X Chat or by any other means, with any Advertiser or any other third party, in relation to any Profile or through any other use, directly or indirectly, of the Websites or the Materials. Other than the age and identity verification of Advertisers described in the Advertiser Agreement, the Company does not conduct any further screening of any Users or Advertisers, has no control over their actions, and makes no representations or warranties with respect to their character, veracity, age, health or any other attribute. The Company does not endorse, encourage, recommend or arrange communications or meetings among Users, Advertisers or any third parties, and You are expected to use common sense and take appropriate precautions to ensure Your own personal safety and privacy if You choose to communicate or meet with any third party.

8.2 The Materials and all other services provided to You by the Company, including the TrustLock guide and all other information on the Websites, are provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranties of any kind, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Materials and services is borne by You. Under no circumstances and under no cause of action or legal theory shall the Company, its suppliers, licensees, resellers, Users or Advertisers be liable to You or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, loss of digital assets, or any other commercial damages resulting from viruses, worms, trojan horses or other destructive software, or from Your use of the Websites. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of an implied warranty, so this disclaimer may not apply to You.

8.3 Any liability of the Company, including without limitation any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of, or unauthorized access to, alteration of or use of records or digital assets, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence or under any other cause of action, is strictly limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to You.

8.4 No warranty is made by the Company regarding any information, services or products provided through or in connection with the Websites or the Profiles, and the Company expressly disclaims any warranty as to the availability, accuracy or content of the Materials and of any information or services offered in the Profiles.

8.5 Use of the Websites and of any services offered in the Profiles is at Your own risk. We do not represent or endorse the accuracy, reliability or legality of any service offered in a Profile. The Company is not liable for damages resulting from publishing, failing to publish, or incorrectly publishing any Profile. While we reserve the right to do so, we are not obligated to screen, endorse, monitor, control, investigate, supervise or remove any Profile. You release us from any and all liability and responsibility in connection with any Profile.

8.6 Some Materials may be accessed through hyperlinks to third parties or third-party websites and services, including X Chat and Web3 protocols. We have no editorial control over the content of those third parties, and they are solely responsible for it.

9. Notices to Company or Users

Notices from the Websites to Users may be given by electronic message or by general posting on the Websites. Communications from You to the Company may be made by electronic message to contact@amourescorts.com, unless otherwise specified in this Agreement.

We respect the intellectual property rights of all parties and voluntarily comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). We do not permit copyright infringement or the infringement of other intellectual property rights on Amour.X, and we will remove user-generated content if we are properly notified that it infringes a third party's copyright. We have adopted a policy for the termination of repeat infringers in compliance with the DMCA, and we reserve the right to terminate a User's access to Amour.X under that policy. Copies of our Repeat Infringer Policy are available on request. Please note that records already written to a public blockchain cannot be removed; in that case we will remove the related content from the Websites. Abuse of the DMCA notice and takedown process constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

11. General

11.1 This Agreement contains the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Websites and all Materials directly or indirectly related to them, including the Profiles. It supersedes all prior written and oral understandings and may only be amended upon notice by the Company.

11.2 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, as applied to agreements between French residents entered into and performed within France. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded. If a dispute arises out of or relates to this Agreement, the parties shall first negotiate in good faith to resolve it. If they cannot, the dispute shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the Paris Chamber of Commerce by one arbitrator knowledgeable in Internet, e-commerce and digital asset disputes, appointed in accordance with those rules. The proceedings shall take place in Zurich and be held in English, except claims for which injunctive relief is properly sought, which must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Paris.

11.3 If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, it shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the provisions of this Agreement survive its termination.

11.4 We may assign any rights or delegate any performance under this Agreement without notice to You. You may not assign, delegate or sublicense any of Your rights or duties without our prior written consent. Any attempted assignment or delegation in violation of this provision is void.

11.5 All rights and remedies in this Agreement are cumulative and not exclusive, and asserting one does not prevent a party from asserting any other right or remedy available at law, in equity, by statute or otherwise.

11.6 This Agreement benefits and binds the parties and their respective successors and assigns.

11.7 We are not responsible for any failure to perform because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authority, terrorism, strikes, shortages, failure of telecommunications or information services infrastructure, blockchain network outages or forks, hacking, spam, data breach, malware, or any failure of a computer, server, network, software or smart contract, for as long as the event continues to delay our performance.

11.8 You agree to be bound by any affirmation, assent or agreement You transmit through the Websites. When You click "I agree", "I consent" or a similarly worded button, check a box, or sign a message or transaction with Your wallet, Your agreement or consent is legally binding and the legal equivalent of Your handwritten signature.

11.9 This Agreement and our associated policies are written in English. Only the English version is binding. If You choose to translate this Agreement, You do so at Your own risk and expense.

11.10 The software elements of the Websites may be subject to export control regulations. You will not export, re-export or divert them contrary to applicable law, or to proscribed or embargoed countries or their nationals.

11.11 Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, employment, joint venture or other business entity between the parties.

11.12 No waiver by us shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent default of the same provision. If any term is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining terms remain in full force and the invalid term is severed from this Agreement.

11.13 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the meaning of this Agreement.

11.14 We make no representation that Amour.X is appropriate or available for use in all locations. You may not access or use Amour.X from territories where its content may be illegal or otherwise prohibited. If You access Amour.X from such a location, You do so on Your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local law. Nothing in this Agreement is an admission that we are subject to the laws of any nation other than France.

11.15 The services offered by Amour.X are VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. If You use Amour.X while located in a prohibited jurisdiction, You will be in violation of that jurisdiction's law and of this Agreement, and Your access may be suspended or terminated without notice. We cannot be held liable if laws applicable to You restrict or prohibit Your participation, and we reserve the right to restrict access to Amour.X in any jurisdiction.
