Privacy Policy
Amour.X · Last updated: 9 October 2026
I. General
We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of everyone who uses Amour.X. This Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal information: what we collect, how we store it, and how it may be used. It applies to all services and activities offered and carried out by Amour.X.
We collect and process personal data carefully and only to the extent permitted by law. Personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person. Processing includes any handling of personal data, in particular its collection, storage, disclosure, modification, deletion and use.
We process information that you voluntarily provide to us when you contact us, for example by e-mail, contact form, user account, social media or phone. This information may be stored in physical and digital address books, a customer relationship management program or other tools. We may also process data we lawfully receive from third parties or that is publicly available, including data that is public on a blockchain, as far as this complies with the applicable French and European data protection legislation.
By using our websites or applications, or by otherwise giving us your personal information, you consent to our collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of your information as described in this Policy. In some cases, providing information is necessary for us to provide our services. If you do not agree to this Policy, you must not access or use our websites or applications or give us any of your personal information.
The parties referred to in this Policy are:
- Company, Us, We, Our: the owners, operators and publishers of Amour.X, and certain wholly owned subsidiaries, including predecessors, successors and assigns.
- User, You, Your: you, the user of the Site, whether you visit the Site only to view it or as an Advertiser. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to access the Site or use the Services. We do not knowingly market to, or collect information from or about, anyone under eighteen (18). If you are under eighteen (18), you must not submit any information to us and must leave the Site immediately. If we learn that we have collected information from or about a person under eighteen (18), we will delete it as quickly as possible. If you believe we might hold such information, please contact us using the details at the end of this Policy.
- Advertisers: Users who hold an active VIP package on amourescorts.com and, as part of it, have a profile on Amour.X. All Advertisers are Users, but not all Users are Advertisers.
- Site(s): the amour.x Web3 domain and any affiliated websites, web addresses, applications and mobile versions.
You expressly consent to us holding and using your information as described in this Policy, regardless of when it was obtained.
II. Revisions to this Policy
We may revise, amend or modify this Policy and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. Please check this page periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy shows when it was last changed; an updated version replaces any earlier version as soon as it is posted.
III. Personal Information That We Collect
In relation to all Users, we may collect (i) IP addresses and other internet activity information, such as browsing history and online interactions; (ii) other passive information from your devices, such as device ID and browser information; and (iii) if you connect a wallet, your public wallet address and the network it uses.
In relation to Advertisers, we or our contractors may also collect (i) name, alias, username or other unique identifier; (ii) e-mail address; (iii) telephone number; (iv) age and date of birth; (v) driver's license, passport or other identification number; (vi) biometric information; (vii) your public wallet address, if you choose to add it to your profile; and (viii) your X username, if you choose to link it to your profile. Much of this information comes from the account and verification you completed on amourescorts.com when you purchased your VIP package, and is used to create and maintain your Amour.X profile.
We or our contractors may collect, store and maintain biometric information, including a scan of face geometry, from content or verification documents you provide or upload, for the purposes of age and identity verification and content monitoring.
Amour.X does not process card or bank payments. Payments for VIP packages are handled on amourescorts.com under its own privacy policy. We never ask for, collect or store your wallet recovery phrase or private keys.
IV. How We Collect Information From You
In relation to all Users, we may collect personal information through (i) cookies, pixel tags, browser capabilities, web beacons, analytics services and other technology that automatically collects information about you; (ii) your searches and other actions on the Site, including responses to any surveys; (iii) your wallet, when you choose to connect it; and (iv) your other communications with us, whether by contact form, phone, mail, e-mail, text or other means, including on third-party social media platforms.
In relation to Advertisers, we also collect personal information directly from you, for example through the creation of your profile from your amourescorts.com account, your profile content, and your X Chat settings.
You may refuse cookies by changing the settings of your browser. To learn how to manage cookies, visit allaboutcookies.org/manage-cookies. If you refuse cookies, some parts of the Site may not work. Unless your browser refuses cookies, we will issue cookies when you visit the Site.
V. Wallets and the Blockchain
Please read this carefully. Information written to a public blockchain is public and permanent. Neither we nor anyone else can change or delete it.
Amour.X does not take part in payments between Users and Advertisers. If you use a wallet or an independent escrow service for a deposit or a gift, as described in our TrustLock guide, that transaction (including the wallet addresses involved, the amount and the time) is recorded on a public blockchain and processed by the services you chose, under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive or store your transaction data.
If you add a wallet address to your profile, it is shown publicly. Because blockchain records cannot be altered, your rights to correction and deletion (Section X) cannot be applied to data that is already on a blockchain. We will, however, delete or correct the copies of such data that we hold ourselves, and remove the link between your wallet address and your profile on the Site.
VI. Decentralized X Chat
Amour.X links to X Chat (x.com/chat), which is operated by X. Messages you exchange on X Chat are processed by X under X's own terms and privacy policy, not by Amour.X. If you add your X username to your profile, that username is shown publicly on your profile so that clients can contact you.
VII. How We Use Your Information
We may use your personal information, or share it with third parties, to:
- provide you and other Users with access to the Site and the Services, including Amour.X profiles, the TrustLock guide and the X Chat connection;
- create and maintain Advertisers' Amour.X profiles from their amourescorts.com VIP accounts;
- speed up the Services, for example by updating your account information automatically;
- recognize you when you return to the Services;
- personalize the Services to your preferences;
- notify you about changes to the Services and our policies;
- carry out our obligations and enforce our rights under any contract between you and us, including this Policy and our Terms & Conditions;
- monitor and analyze traffic and usage trends;
- verify the integrity and security of the Services;
- improve the Services and provide customer support;
- investigate and prevent unauthorized, prohibited or illegal uses of the Services, including scams;
- serve marketing or advertising materials to you; and
- provide any other service to you with your consent.
VIII. Do Not Track ("DNT") Disclosure
Do Not Track is a privacy preference you can set in your browser to tell websites that you do not want certain information about your browsing collected over time and across websites. The Site may not recognize every Do Not Track signal, but you can delete or decline certain cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may change how some features of the Site work. For more information, visit allaboutdnt.com.
IX. Third-Party Data Tracking
We use third-party services to track certain usage data over time and across websites, and to measure the effectiveness of advertising. We do not give these third parties personally identifying information, but they may collect generalized activity data from you under their own policies. For more information about advertising tracking and your rights, visit networkadvertising.org. A list of the third-party plug-ins and software we use is available on request.
Third parties, including application providers, wallet providers, Web3 protocols and plug-ins, may use cookies, web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across websites. We do not control these technologies or how third parties use them. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not operate, control or endorse third-party websites linked from the Site, including X and blockchain explorers, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every third-party website that collects your personal information.
X. Sharing Your Personal Information and Your Rights
We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organizational security measures and store it on secure servers. We take data protection into account from the planning phase of our services ("privacy by design") and offer new products and services with data-protection-friendly default settings ("privacy by default").
It is our policy not to share your personal information with third parties for purposes unrelated to those described in Section VII without giving you the opportunity to opt out or object. However, we may disclose your personal information to third parties without notice if, in our sole discretion, we believe it is reasonable to do so to:
- comply with any law, regulation or obligation;
- identify, contact or bring legal action against anyone who may be violating our Terms & Conditions or other policies;
- protect ourselves, our Users and the general public;
- carry out a corporate transaction or reorganization, such as a merger, acquisition, asset sale, joint venture, assignment, dissolution, bankruptcy or liquidation;
- report suspicious behavior to law enforcement and other governmental, administrative or regulatory authorities; and
- cooperate, to the extent required by applicable law, with lawful criminal, civil or administrative process, subpoenas, court orders, warrants or other reasonable requests of authorities.
We may share your personal information with any third party for any other reason with your consent.
You authorize us to engage third parties, such as hosting, verification, wallet and Web3 infrastructure providers, where this is appropriate for providing the Services. These subcontractors must sign agreements that oblige them to protect personal data in line with European and French legislation, to meet the same data protection obligations we have towards our Users, and to apply appropriate technical and organizational measures. We select our providers carefully to minimize risks to the security of your information.
Under the applicable data protection regulations you have the following rights:
- Right of access and information: you may find out, free of charge, which of your personal data we process, and ask us to show you the information we store about you.
- Right of notification: if a breach of the rules on personal data protection creates a legally sufficient risk to your rights and freedoms, you will be informed.
- Right of rectification: you may correct inaccurate or incomplete data. You must inform us of changes to your data and are responsible for keeping your information up to date.
- Right of erasure ("right to be forgotten"): you may request the deletion of your personal data where one of the reasons in French or European legislation applies, for example when the data is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected. This right cannot be applied to records already written to a public blockchain (see Section V).
- Right to restriction of processing: in certain cases you may restrict the processing of your data, in which case it may only be stored, not otherwise processed.
- Right to object: you may object to the use of your data for specific purposes. We will then stop processing it unless we can show compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. You may object at any time to the use of your data for direct marketing, including related profiling.
- Right to data portability: you may request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Right not to be subject to automated decisions: you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that has legal effects on you or similarly significantly affects you.
- Complaints: you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. In France, this is the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
XI. Data Retention
Except as otherwise permitted or required by law, we keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. An Advertiser's Amour.X profile data is kept while their VIP package on amourescorts.com is active and for as long afterwards as necessary for legal and security purposes. We may keep publicly available and de-identified information for any legitimate business purpose without further notice or consent. Data written to a public blockchain is permanent and outside our control.
XII. Our Commitment to Data Security
We take commercially reasonable measures to protect the transmission and storage of all User information. Nevertheless, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third parties from illegally obtaining this information, and no system is completely breach-proof. You accept this risk to the extent a breach occurs despite our reasonable security measures. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet, devices and private keys.
Other than as described in this Policy, we do not provide User information to third parties, and we do not sell, rent or give your information to other entities such as advertisers or companies offering services similar to ours. The Site may contain links to third-party sites that have their own terms and privacy policies; we encourage you to read them.
XIII. State Privacy Rights
- California: we do not meet the triggers of California Civil Code §1798.83, because we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not meet the triggers of the California Consumer Privacy Act, in part because we do not sell your personal information.
- Nevada: we do not meet the triggers of Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A. While we do not sell personal information, Nevada residents may submit an opt-out request to contact@amourescorts.com, which we will honor if we ever sell personal information in the future.
- Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Florida: we do not meet the triggers of the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, the Utah Consumer Privacy Act or the Florida Digital Bill of Rights.
XIV. Jurisdiction, Applicable Law and International Users
This Privacy Policy and the use of our Site and Services are governed by French law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction is Paris, France. We also comply with the European data protection regulations wherever they apply.
Some countries may require stricter privacy rules than those described in this Policy. If you access the Site from another country, you understand and agree that your personal information may be transferred to, stored and processed in our home jurisdiction or that of the third parties described in this Policy, whose data protection laws may not be as comprehensive as those in your country. Blockchain networks are global, and data recorded on them is replicated on computers around the world.
XV. Where to Direct Questions About Our Privacy Policy
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our practices, you may contact us as the data controller by e-mail at contact@amourescorts.com.
